- To access certain discovery features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information. Account authentication is processed securely via Auth0.
- You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
- Our Content: The ARTEEST interface, design, code, logos, branding, graphics, and proprietary data structures are the intellectual property of ARTEEST and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- Music Metadata: Artist data, credits, discographies, and historical music metadata displayed on the site are curated for informational, educational, and music discovery purposes.
3. Acceptable Use of the Platform
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated software or scripts without explicit written permission.
- Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security or performance of our Cloudflare-hosted edge network and databases.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the site architecture.
4. Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account or your access to ARTEEST for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or infringes upon our intellectual property rights.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ARTEEST is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of the music metadata, credits, or platform uptime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ARTEEST, its founders, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
